Well, you are in luck. I am NOT a salesperson, I am an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE) and my goal is to EDUCATE and GUIDE each client on their INDIVIDUAL journey to find the perfect fit for THEM.
My name is Hilary. I'm a native Tucsonan. My family has been involved in the acquisition and rehabilitation of residential & commercial real estate in Southern Arizona & Northern California for over 50 years. It's in my blood.
I make my living as a full time Residential Real Estate Consultant. Seven years ago, following the wise advise of a close friend, I left the non-profit world and jumped into the Tucson Real Estate market. The physical freedom of my career has enabled me to truly dive into all that Tucson has to offer and I find myself appreciating this little town more each year. In addition, it has deepened my connection to the Tucson community.
I take great pride in what I do. Tucson is a small town and my reputation is very important to me and to my clients. I work mainly by referral and it has proven to be a great way to make myself available to clients who appreciate all that I do.

ASK QUESTIONS. Each one is a little bit different- so DON'T ASSUME ANYTHING. These high inventory sellers can be shady. There is some CRAZY stuff going on in Real Estate right now.
